Kale 50 g, Pineapple 200 g, Banana 200 g, Coconut Water 50 g
#TIP You can replace the coconut water with coconut milk, milk, or coconut cream and still make it delicious.
METHOD
- 1. Wash Kale until clean and cut to size.
- 2. Peel the banana. Peel and core the pineapple, then cut into appropriate sizes.
- 3. Put in a smoothie strainer, add all the ingredients, and stir until smooth.
- 4. Drink immediately, or let it cool for an hour then enjoy.
