I've been using the Kuvings REVO830 for a while and love its performance—great juice yield, powerful motor, and convenient self-feeding chute. It’s hands down one of the best slow juicers on the market.

Unfortunately, I recently had a major issue: the locking tabs on the drum (bowl) snapped. This part takes a lot of mechanical stress during normal use, especially when locking the lid and operating the auger. It's disappointing that such a crucial structural component is made entirely of rigid plastic—with no reinforcement.

For a premium product at this price point, I believe the design could be improved significantly with a metal-reinforced locking ring or a separate locking collar (similar to those used in high-end food processors or blenders). Even an upgrade option for a more durable drum would be welcome.

Right now, I'm waiting for a replacement part, which is out of stock and may take up to 2 months. Meanwhile, the entire unit is unusable—all because of a single plastic part.

I hope future models address this weakness. It’s a great machine overall, but this part doesn’t live up to the quality of the rest.
